Cateran Trail Relay - Leg 1

Paul H Race was run in reverse this year, so the times were all a bit quicker. It rained for the first few miles, but then it was perfect weather for running. I had a poor climb up to the top but ran well after that. The course was wet Good club weekend away.

Steiny Leg 1 ran in reverse from previous years.Paul H was my running partner which normally spurs me on to dig in up the hills as he descends very quickly.So we had a tactical game plan not to run at each others pace as this would only lead to a slower time.This worked reasonably well for our pairing.However I did
