Fee 1st 10k, first half of it was OK just chugged round with podrunner on the Ipod. Lost the plot a bit in the 2nd half, could have been the sign that said 'Bull in Field' ! Feel absolutely fantastic and really proud of myself, didn't want to take the medal off:)

philbo Know nothing of the route , and will still be getting GNR out of my legs, no PB here( site still having a fit with my times predicted time should read 1hr) Well i really enjoyed that, although i think a have a slight calf pull had to walk half a mile, to many miles in the last few weeks me thinks, a cracking course cross country !! 1st time since school iv,e done anything like that ,over the fields through the woods , down the lanes very good .

TooLilac My 1st 10km. I was very nervous and with good reason. very hilly with quite a few long drags. Lovely scenery too. Am delighted I managed to make it round and ran all the way. The hardest thing I've done!!
