Tinywhitevan Tough hilly course. There were loads there who had never run 10K before; this was a real baptism of fire! I felt a bit under the weather beforehand, so quite pleased with time, particularly as it was hilly.

wendyjames No official timings, but it was around there. Disappointed with the organisation - the 'halfway' water point didn't appear until about 6.5k!!! The number of inconsiderate walkers has put me off charity races for now.
