chemistry Two killer hills, I was expecting to see snow!!! very rough ground which i was not used to but was pleased to get round as it was my first 10k.

Iris Brilliant fun. I reckon the calf injury cost me about 4 or 5 minutes but as my aim was just to complete it (which seemed impossible a week ago) I'm happy.
