bedlam_g Felt I had a good solid run on a challenging course and was almost 2 minutes quicker than last year. Held 3rd place until half way and Gokeith moved up a gear. Very generous voucher for 4th place and we should be in with a shout for the team prize as well.

Stig-OT-Dump Ran like a labrador - full of beans in the woods early on and pants when it went on for more than 20 minutes. Need to get more training miles in. Despite all that I really enjoyed it. My lad did well in the 1k earlier on and enjoyed himself too, so all in all a cracking end to te week.
