RunningBob 2-laps around Solomon's temple and Buxton country park - trail and field. Yes and it's hilly ;-) Appalling weather - as cold and muddy as a winter XC - you had to laugh. Aimed to survive uninjured and came in about 5th.

Wheabs Fell over and cut my knee on this one last year - see if I can stay on my feet and beat last years time! Update: stayed on my feet but it was wet, windy and muddy. The course was changed from last year so my prediction was completely out even though I think I ran faster!
