Caterpillar Ooops not good. Over 20 mins. Felt knackered, but not sure why. Still, that's only ten seconds off what I normally do, which is two seconds per k, and I managed (just) to beat all the ladies again, so I'm not about to throw myself off the nearest building. Had a nice chat to BB on a second lap which we did in an easy 24 mins. He's such a good runner and he's going to get faster. I could run round BP at 22 mins per lap all day, but I just can't get any faster than 19:40 on a single lap.

Hollywoof! Before: Not pushing for a PB. Recovery week and a gentle jog... After: Very happy with that time - relaxed and ran smooth all the way. Slight niggle afterwards but nothing too bad,

Lalli Ran round the course with Franz of the Stragglers. Felt a bit sore after the duo training - the transition from bike to run takes it out of my legs - very stiff thighs!
