Caterpillar Bit of a surprise, that. I think 19.30 is a definite possibility one day. Wow. That's 75.15 on the Weight-Adjusted Variable Average (or whatever WAVA is) Can't be bad.

funkin Happy with this although at the time it felt like I should have been 5-10 seconds quicker overall. A good solid run and its good to know that there's more in the tank.

SarahL Yeeee haaaa!! PB central! :) Took 1 min 22 seconds off my old PB! And it felt good. Really smooth through first two miles (6.52 and 6.46). Started to feel it in last mile @ 7.01... final bit 6.01 mm pace. LOVED IT! :):):)
