Kirsty I ambled along to the park this morning expecting to amble round, after a week of light running follwing an injury, to be told by my coach to run it hard as it fitness test! So I did, and was very pleased to run my fastest time without a pacer. And the injury was fine. Happy Kirsty :o)

MadJonny Pleased with time since conditions and preparation were not ideal. First 1k was slow due to mud. Managed to pick it up in the middle but struggled in the final 1k - feeling sick and sliding on the mud too much. Bring on dryer weather and a PB!
