Andrew 37 seconds off my previous time,my next target is to get under 23 minutes.Chatted briefly with Puffing Bertie after the race.Official time is 2 seconds higher at 23:17.BPTT have me in their records with a PB of 20:45 ! I've run the course twice, in 23:52 and 23:17,so I don't know where they get that from.

Gobi will probably be very tired as I run this due to high volume training week. Vomit saw the state of me as I went off for my warm up 5k and laughed so I was stunned to run this strongly. I have now run this 6 times fastest 17:45 slowest 18:52 4 times I have run between 18:18 and 18:26

Hollywoof! Full result in - still a PB - but just over the 21 minute mark :-( (my watch said 20:58, the timekeeper said 20:58 but there was some confusion over the tokens - my fault!)

Lalli Ran this month's with Jubes - my friend Julie, who has just started running again after a break. We expected to do a really slow time as she told me she was not at all up to scratch. In the event we did do a fairly slow time, but better than we'd anticipated. I took my Fetch shirt out for it's inaugural run and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Met up with Puffing Bertie, Gobi, Hollywood and Max71. Until next month and under 28 minutes for me next time!

Max71 First time at the BPTT no idea what to expect really.....hmm I've never run on grass before so this should be interesting. YEAH a PB...Paced by Gobi all the way round which explains why I was dying for the lask 1k. Cheers Gobi, Vomit and lovely P. Bertie
