CD Good conditions for this run and managed to stay dry. Excellent course mostly on tracks. Wonderful atmosphere in the village. Found the hills fairly hard work on the return section.

Lisrun A friend reckons this is more like 6.7m and if it is then I am very pleased with my time ! If the distance is right, then the markers look a bit off according to my times. Course was undulating and large sections were off road. Got held up at a stile/ford in the first mile because I hadn't spotted there was a short cut. Cloudy cool day which made running enjoyable. Attractive countryside. Bright red tee shirt (second in a week!) to all finishers
