Greenman Very wet day but an enjoyable course, a few undualtions to keep things interesting and a fair bit was traffic-free too. Definitely consider doing it again - perhaps tag on a trip round the brewery afterwards!!

Sidman Fairly pleased. Miserable day weather-wise; heavy rain and very cold. Planned to run a negative split 39/38 mins and did first half in 38:46. Managed a failry even pace and for a change had enough left to make my last mile the fastest (Sub 7:30).
