About this parkrun
Mostly an out and back route on tarmac paths with a ~100m muddy spur round the back of a rugby pitch at the beginning and again at the end to make up the distance. Slightly downhill on the way out so long slow incline coming back up to the finish.Sweetie 28th Dec 2019
Lovely run alongside a river. Mainly paved with small sections on grass so can get muddy. Great volunteers and still low numbers at the mo.
Nice cheap little cafe for a bacon cob afterwards but it's a decemt trek at the top of a hill to get to.
