kwala v slow, but my first 10k so a pb for me. Enjoyed this, but the hills were a bit much for me - being from Essex, I'm used to flatter runs! Well organised, and lots of support, even for those of us right at the back of the field. Havering '90 Joggers 1:18:07 1:18:07 1:15:00 1:28:45 35.01
mar lovely course, well organised, not sure if distance was marked acurately, my nike+ suggested the distance was closer to 11k..? Very hilly, not just the one hill that the pre run literature suggests..alot of very uneven ground and narrow paths in places made it difficult to get ahead of the crowds in places which slowed me down alot, memo to self get ahead of people earlier next time.
