About this parkrun

Five laps of the rugby club. Rough paths with a bit of grass, flat but not a fast course. Normal road shoes are OK. Friendly, plenty of free parking on site, toilets and post-run refreshments in the rugby club.

Something very different. A really small parkrun with five twisty laps around the grounds of the rugby club. Free parking, taoilrts in teh rugby club and honesty refreshments at the end. Very welcoming to a tourist.

5 laps of Rugby Pitches, mostly hard packed trail with a wee bit of grass. Pretty flat. Toilets inside Rugby Club.
