About this parkrun

Running track, tarmac and trail. Two loops of the trail section. One big hill on the trail section. 77m elevation gain. Small carpark, fills up quickly.

Track start and finish, can get congested after that and if wet will be muddy even on paths.

2 middle loops then narrow out and back. Car park busy if running late.

bit of trail involved, and a big hill

2 laps with out and back sections, trail and good paths, no longer on running track. Big hill called Cuella to climb twice. Small car park so arrive early. Cafe and toilets available .
