Bluewater 4k Time Trial (sherunsheruns)

Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
TZ Official published finish time. Raced this exactly to plan, running very conservatively to ensure a PB. Kilometers one, two and four were spot-on at 6:10/mi pace. Somehow I dropped 15 seconds on the twisty third km, but that's better than being held-up by a truck (like last time I did this!). The important thing is that I got my PB, felt good all the way around and enjoyed a strong finish, outsprinting a chap to finish 3rd. I'm usually rubbish at last-minute sprints, so that felt good! :-) The plan is to push hard at the next one, and see what I can really do!
