Alun Aim to run with group 2, starting 30 seconds behind group 1 and chase them down. Started with Group 2, caught all bar the three leaders by the end of the 1st K, took 3rd place at 3 K, took 2nd temporarily with 400 metres to go and lost it with 200 metres to go. Finished 2nd by 7 seconds and a new PB by 5 seconds...
