SarahBoots (Solitude_Fairy) I made the race long at 4.43 miles. But OMG where did those hills come from. KILLER HILLS, makes Hook Norton look flat, trust me. Lovely to run with club mate, and to meet Somebody from here. Really nice run through the grounds of Blenheim palace, much needed stress relief. But like I say. OMG those HILLS! Great trail run though. Really pleased with time.

Somebody Not sure of exact time as I forgot to stop my watch - kinda sums up my entire day. It was lovely to meet Solitude Fairy before (and during) the race though :-) EDIT: chip time was better than I thought! 297/405 (73.33) 100/180 (55.56) 31/59 (52.54)

satkin55 Slightly disappointed with my time. I should have run better, maybe spending all the day before the race putting up a fence wasn't such good idea training. I agree about the hills, they were harder than expected. My watch reckoned 260 feet of ascent over the 7k.

the_cote_kid Just outside my predicted time but i started right at the back and on my watch made my time a couple of seconds under 35 mins. 101st but i'm claiming a top 100 finish due to poor timing! Beautiful run but as has been said, i really wasn't expecting those hills. Happy enough overall.
