_andy 3.6km and 300m of climbing. There was a big entry for this race since this was race number one of the 2008 SHR Championship Series (http://www.shr.uk.com/Championship.aspx?ChampionshipID=C-001) and this almost tripled the number of entries compared to last year, as well as the quality of the field. A real thigh and calf-bursting sprint of a fell race with a sprint descent: I was 18 minutes to the high point and then 6.5 mins down - just flying. Pretty happy with my placing of 80th out of 178.
