_andy Short and steep. Too much walking on the way up, so 16:30 and 17:40 to two tops, then almost 7 minutes for a fast descent. Paced it right for what I had (and 16 miles yesterday had an impact), took a few places when it flattened above the initial hairpin turn (and lost none), another place on the final climb to the first top, and three more on the descent. Managed to trip a few feet from the line but no harm done, just pride injured. 2 minutes slower than my PB for this race but 19th/76 (and I was worrying about being in the top 50% during the climb)
