Doctor K Ran this 2 years ago after a night on the red wine and brandy. This time with a clear head I hope to go faster than the 56 mins I did then! -Watch time 53:53 I think -anyway pretty sure I'll be under 54mins when the results are published from the chips. Went off pretty quickly and kept it going albeit slightly slower till 7K -struggled a bit till 9K then ran as hard as I could -exhausted with 400m to go and felt like walking ! -managed to pick up a bit of pace near the end but had nothing left for a sprint. Second fastest 10K ever though so the track stuff is paying off and I am chuffed with today's run. Chip time revises me faster by 2 seconds!
