AlanO Pre Note: Flat course but normally windy so no fast times expected. Post Note: Splits 19.32 / 19.20. Effort 9.5/10. Delighted with race as I beat a few clubmates I hadn't beaten in years and was closer to the guys ahead. Running into a strong wind til the halfway point and should have pushed on a bit more. Starting to feel stronger due to the training and the confidence from the half on Sunday. Really happy considering it was 48hrs after the Half Marathon.
