caramel Coming back from injury, so not put the training in. Started slow & took it easy 'till about 1/2 way - Diff. to tell with no mile markers. - Finished nackered. Good race - Undulations, mud & water - Almost perfect weather - nasty cold headwind For a little while somewhere.

Torbay This is a 11 mile race not 10. A great place,good atmosphere, lovely terrain. Lack of marshalling ment I got lost near the finish with quite a few other runners. landed up running aimlessly around not knowing where to go. I added about 5 mins to my time, so not very happy. Lets hope it is sorted for next year.
