Baza Good course and last race in this 5K series, also last fast run before Two Bridges. Placed 12th out of 58 finishers.

gtwhitton Disappointed to not have gone faster than that elusive 20 minute mark, but still a PB. Good conditions for running. Went off too fast first km and suffered later on. Didn't get passed by anyone after first 100m, so pleased with that, and managed to sprint away from next competitor in last km.
