gtwhitton Bev park 5k. 3 secs slower than last month but happy with that given I had a cold for the last week and twisted my ankle quite painfully less than 2 weeks ago. Bill smith just beat me and teased me as we ran towards the line by letting me get beside him before pulling away effortlessly. My day will come!!
