Siggers First race back after two weeks living the high life on an all inclusive holiday in Egypt, we'll see what happens. That was atough 10k, three loops, the first shorter than the the other two, and they managed to fit in a killer hill in all three circuits, all the way up the wind was pounding your face, and on the way down it was making my eyes water so I could not gauge my footing, the hill also was very sandy, sandy I hear you say, in the middle of Stoke on Trent, you bet!!!! It was unreal, it looks like my 2 weeks holiday and not getting back into proper training has taken its toll, coupled with the wind blasting in your face and 'THE HILL', never mind, we race to test ourselves, don't we??

sammie Quite a hilly one but really enjoyed this. Had set myself a target to beat 55 mins so extremley pleased as this is my first 10k and yes the hill three times certainly took its toll.
