dapperdan i did not have a very good race ,it was a nice day for a good time ,but legs where sore from the start

Gokeith not a great run-started off with intention of trying to tag onto a group of runners but plan went to pot at the end of the first loop and struggled to hit any form from then on and l;ost ground on them-45seconds slower than last yr which is quite rubbish after having a good 10k time last week,probably my last race for a while so a bit disappointed with result.

hannkies Again not great. Finished 10th, but got isolated early doors and couldn't get geed up. Had one guy in front, pegged him back with just over a lap to go, but was far too far behind the next guy ( Go Keith as it turned out ) to do any damage. 35 secs slower than I did this last year. Strangely enough, I feel as if I'm not too far away from where I was 6 months ago though................Very , very good field in this race as usual.

wil e coyote bit off my pb time of 2 yrs ago of 27:26, average miles of 6:20, so all in all not that bad, race continues to grow though and quality is first class, be back in 2008 defo
