About this parkrun
Two laps, partly on grass and partly on tarmac. The grassy bits can be muddy during wet spells. Flatish. There is coffee and cake available afterwards by the pavilion. Tends to be sparsely attended so good to do if you want a high finishing position.RichHL 29th Dec 2018
2 laps, part grass, part tarmac. Fairly flat, generally a relatively small turnout (60 or so) - so very friendly, and usually put on free coffee afterwards. Use Royal Albert DLR station. Probably not a PB course, but charming.

Two laps, less complicated to run than to describe. Mostly on tarmac, some on grass, tiny bit of trail. Flat. Really lovely small community-flavoured event. Toilets in the pavilion, tea and coffee and biscuits at the finish.

Easily accessible via DLR ( nearest stop is Royal Albert 200m) but closes at time of writing so off at Prince Regent (1km walk). From Euston - Northern Line to Bank then 2 DLR. 2 laps half grass, half tarmac, free coffee & great Vols, 2 Laps
