ninjaman Thought I might have dipped under 16:00 for this. Hopefully it was the sniffles that caused it. Felt OKish. Running at that pace is hard isn't it - must try harder.

ugly bit of a guess,never done it before so don't know course....UPDATE;Went off first and just went off too fast,1st mile in 5.25,struggled home from there.Still ended up sub 6min miling(i think)so not too displeased and almost reached 80% in WAVA!
