Fat Man Runs This race nearly killed me I decided I wanted a good run so held off of dinner yesterday. Went out fast - my first mile is always hard work and tried to settle into a routine all went well till around mile 4 when a killer hill took everything out of me. Recovered into the last mile and luckily found someone who I matched stride for stride beating them into a sprint finish. Overall whilst I didn't enjoy it I ran really well - perhaps one to savor later over a mince pie!
