About this parkrun
Sort of figure of 8 run 2.5 times around the park. Pan flat, very fast though the section by the football fields can be muddy if wet. Potential for congestion. Parking OK if you get there early, park at the leisure centre for a 5 minute walk.larkim 7th Jan 2019
It was a bit tricky to find the location of this one, ended up parking on side street. Very friendly. Several laps, mostly flat, with minor undulations. Laps but I don't remember how many! Road shoes fine.
