Smudger 3 The slower lioness This is a racewalk not a run but it will give me an aim with my racewalking and it looks like a really good event:-)Dont bet because i wont get a running pb in a racewalkwow wow wow under the hour for a five mile racewalk i vcan remember when i was happy to run 5 miles in under an hour:-):-)xxxxx
