About this parkrun

Lovely undulating 2 lap course through woodland, little in the way of flat ground. Been quite a few years, should make an effort and get back there for another go.

Almost two laps of undulating trail. One sizeable hill that you start on and do for the second lap, finishing with a long downhill. Can be muddy in winter. Parking nearby if early but no loos or nearby cafe. The woodland is wonderful too be in.

My home course - I'm not biased honest. Best woodland course w/one hill at 1/2way. 2 laps, - on the 1st lap you start at top of hill so only do the hill once. Every wk is a different challenge - be it the mud or the bluebells. C U Saturday x
