About this parkrun
Very flat course mainly on paths with a loop on a trail, the size of the loop depends on the time of year as there is a summer and a winter route. At an average of 250 runners a week. No toilets in the park but plenty of free parking.StuartM 26th Feb 2019
Great little run as a tourist I've always found the locals very friendly - love the course although the bridge gets a bit slippery at times this only adds to the fun

Fairly flat multi terrain course. Varies with summer & winter routes. Tarmac paths, grass, gravel track by canal, & off road loop through plantation over 2 bridges for summer. Start & finish on sports field. Toilets 10 min walk at leisure centre.
