Metal Martin Foind this tough today. Couldn't settle down to a pace and really struggled with my heart rate and ran out of energy towards the end. It is possible I suffered from too hard a run a few days ago - so no PB, but plenty to think about. This is Garmin time, actual time may be a bit quicker because I forgot to turn off - but not by much and it will not be a PB. Sorry to those that bet on me.
