buttercups1971 3rd time of running this race.. hoping to do better. My first real runnng race since last year! update. i love this run.. hilly and challenging. no results up yet but think it was just over 58mins!! correct figure now as the results are up

garfieldhouse Good time overall, as this course is a little bit more undulating, than say the Bideford 10K or the Dorney Dash 10k. Faster than last year and a course PB, but I still forgot how undulating/rolling the course was- got caught out by a few sudden rises where I didn't expect them to be!
