AlanR Would be happy with anything below 40:00mins. Heard its a hilly course and i have a 1500m race on the 24th so don't know how this will effect me. Race when extremely well.

Cavehill75 Pleased with the performance. Very hilly course and warm day. Felt parched after half way. Probably went a bit too fast too early. But felt strong at finish. Hoping to get under 39.00 at Les Jones.
