Brian1964 Running with Aly & Joseph. Ate too much breakfast too late => stitch! Didn't drink enough fluids before race. Ok during race. Hilly in places and difficult terrain; prone to tripping unless vigilant. One lady fell over in front of me - she was ok.

Sinj 1) stopped regularly for water and, ahem, wine tasting 2) very warm and sunny, plus very windy 3) bit of a meltdown after the long climb at 7 miles So, after initial disgust/disappointment, a little happier as it is my first event for many months.
