Ayrshire Cross Country Championships

hannkies 9th place overall, ran okay. Legs a bit heavy but dug in well and reasonably pleased all things considered. Good, fairly tough course, the consensus was that it was a wee bit longer than 10K but I never bother about distance in these races anyway. Yet another cracking run by race winner Cmontheaccies whose in form just now. Excellently organised race by the Ayrshire Harriers.
