Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

hannkies Didn't run great, took 2nd leg, but team got a good bronze so that was the main thing. Doing a high mileage just now in prep for NYC Marathon, and maybe lost a wee bit of speed, hopefully get that back though.

Gokeith same course as last weeks west district relays-heavier conditions after some rain during week-ran 1st leg and finished in 2nd place 5secs behind winner, fell on a tight corner, lost 2places and took a bit of time to regain momentum-felt strong and pushed hard at end to move into 2nd place

ran 4th leg for c team since they were a man short-13:16 so another decent run-didnt feel like i was pushing hard so pleased with this time too
