GrahH Great atmosphere at this race. Just do it. Haven't run 5m for a year and I've improved a bit so a PB looks likely! There you go.. not quite on prediction.. (it was very muddy! ) but a PB by 5 minutes none the less

Muds Organising & hopefully running. A little early to commit. This is suitable for all fetchies. The post race 'banquet' is legendary! Excellent friendly marshals. Whippendell Woods in Autumn splendor well worth the entry fee alone!! Ambitious time. 'improved' 3secs from last year! lol Fantastic day & great effort by many Watford Joggers made this happen! :)

threedrains sorry to those of you who bet on me. i should have looked at my prediction of 36:00 before hand. Prep wasnt great beforehand and also the gps showed 5.09 miles therefore think i was pretty good for 38:01. Cheers
