ChrisU Managed a PB by more than 3.5 minutes. Finished 8th in 56:25. Went through 5 miles in 27:25, but very strong headwind for 2nd half so drifted over 56 minutes despite all out sprint for last 400 metres.

bedlam_g All going well this should be a PB of about 8 minutes plus, but as its distance on Fetch for last year was 10.2 miles and this year entered as 10 it'll be no Fetch PB this week for me. Really looking forward to it, feeling good and strong for my 6th race and 6th PB in 6 weeks. *update - watch time* Very happy tonight. Got the time I was hoping for, struggled a bit into the wind from about 6 miles but my time was helped by managing to hang onto 2 club mates who had caught me at 8.5miles. Could have all gone horribly wrong at 3 miles when I went over my ankle avoiding a small child on a bike who was swerving to avoid another 2 runners but I just managed to stay on my feet, though I don’t know how.

wil e coyote much better race today. 4 mile in 33 and felt strong. struggled into the headwind at the turn as i was detached from agroup by about 25m. worked my ass off to get back but just caught them at 9. 6:15 from 9 to end. all in all going the right way even if i was 8 mins off my course best. great race as usual with over 220 runners.
