3 lap winter course if you get there early you can park on the road near station, couldn’t find any toilet (until 10 at boating lake), back to my childhood loved the park run it’s was undulating lap with 50% road and 50% trail. Worth the trip no cafe

If you are into cross country then this is a perfect London Parkrun for you. The route was changed due to work in the park, so we had three laps (it is normally two larger laps) with a HORRIBLE hill in the middle of each lap. No toilets.

A muddy 3 laps on New Year’s Day - course changed I believe due to weather. Hilly & muddy

I did the winter course which is three laps all of which include a monster of a hill! Must come back for the summer course, two laps of a different killer hill
Some parts on trails but effectively a road shoes course except in extreme bad weather

There are 2 cafes in the vicinity: the one at Alexandra Palace Garden Centre (N22 7BB), where volunteers sometimes gather post-event; and the Lakeside Cafe (N22 7AY) by the boating lake, which has public loos adjoining it.

V. close to Alexandra Palace station (National Rail) and 15 mins to Wood Green (Piccadilly). Did the summer route that was an out and back for the start/finish but mostly two laps. Quite a bit of off road and muddy patches even in summer. Big hill.
