eroej5 Good solid training run - although went a little fast at the start for a change - but flew up the last hill. lovely little fair too.

Grey Badger Looks like its going to be a cracking day for this race. Lovely day but a terrible run. I knew in first quarter of a mile something was wrong, legs felt like lumps of lead and just couldn't get going. At 2 miles loads of people had passed me so i just used it as a training run for rest of race. Excellent event, well organised, a nice route, just a pity i ran crap.

Ha! Ha! phew that was tough..very hot and very hilly..managed to run all the way even up the big big hills..a beautiful run ..slow time but well satisfied..

Jenson Starting to seriously wonder if I can make it around without making knee niggles a lot worse, having to drop out and having to rest for another 3-4 weeks. Arrrgh the dilemma. So want to do this race again though 'cos it's great. Beating last year's time went out the door a few weeks back. Ho hum. : (

Roadrunner65 Great day out at Allendale Fair. Good course on roads, lots of hills, well marshalled. Very hot day probably affected most people, I certainly struggled with the heat.
