Grey Badger No bets this is a trail race and there isn't a hope of getting anywhere near a PB. Ran well, course nice and dry but quite a strong wind. Knocked 4m 16sec off last years time finishing 5th. Pretty happy.

jazz Enjoyed the race. Finished in 18th place overall but 1st woman! Am not very good on the narrow paths through the heather so got overtaken by about 5 men on this bit. It was quite windy on the moor part also.

Jenson Really enjoyed it, despite nightmare weekend leading up to it. Very blustery on the tops (how come no matter which direction you run in the wind is almost always in your face?!), hit a bit of a bottleneck coming down the little tracks from the moors bit and me and a few guys nearly came a cropper trying to get passed the four horses just passed the ford, so that held us up a weeny bit. Basically pleased with time though a bit annoyed I didn't realise we were nearly finished as expected another 8 or so minutes or would have picked up the pace. No worries though, love their races.
