B-Lass: have commented on your blog regarding torn tendon! I have a torn tendon and overstretched ligaments apparently and mine looks similar, same foot as well !! do u have bruising up the back of leg from heel upwards?! x -

The great dollop: ice and elevation will shift the bruising, and a little warming too... good luck - had similar - think of the strengthening in your left leg as a bonus
