Very Proud of this!!! a massive pb and in tears as I crossed the finish line in under 3 and half hours...and within the top 1000...

  philinstone: the elevation helps...it's quite a drop from the start for the few miles out to the coast...then it's in to the wind for 18 miles until you 'turn for home' at the big house...
