Hourglass May 2011 6:29pm, 24 May 2011 6,811 posts	0 Hourglass You have to run the red one twice and the blue one once - the red one looks like the five mile route-ish-ish...so I reckon 2 x 5 and 1 x 3 (well I'm telling myself that and I'm a bit undertrained :-O)
