SODDING HILLS Nov 2012 8:19am, 30 Nov 2012 841 posts	0 SODDING HILLS Did the first part of the route from Milngavie - beyond Beech Tree in and back to Milngavie last Saturday (what a stunning morning it was)...a LOT tougher on the way back up Dumgoyach. Plan to either do the same tomorrow or head to Drymen and do the next part of the route. Following a 24 week porogram (Hal Higdon) and it seems to be going OK. Hope everyone's training is going well.
